China's US$586 billion stimulus package - what does it mean for you? Last week China announced the "November Stimulus Plan," an initiative designed to promote spending over the next two years. It will focus on 10 major areas, including low-income housing, rural infrastructure, water, electricity, transportation, the environment, technological innovation and rebuilding from several disasters.
